Payments & extras

Room charges are settled at check-in unless prepaid online.
We accept cash (EGP, USD, EUR) and major cards. A small processing fee may apply to card payments.
Restaurant bills at Grand View Rooftop are paid on the spot at the restaurant and are never added to your room folio. See the Restaurant Policy for details.
Airport transfers, tours and laundry are billed separately and settled before check-out.

Registered guests may receive visitors in the lounge and on the rooftop.
Non-registered visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms at any time.
Any overnight visitor must be registered at reception with valid ID and pay the applicable rate.

Smoking, shisha & alcohol

No smoking or vaping inside rooms, bathrooms, hallways or the breakfast area.
Smoking and shisha are welcome on the rooftop terrace.
A cleaning fee applies to rooms found with smoke odour or ash.
Alcohol is not served in guest rooms; please enjoy responsibly in the common areas.

Quiet hours & guest comfort

Quiet hours in the hallways run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for other guests.
The rooftop stays open late for tea, conversation and stargazing over the Pyramids.
Please report any concern — noise, temperature, plumbing — to reception at any hour.

7House rule

Safety, keys & damages

Please keep your room locked and store valuables in the in-room safe when available.
Lost keys or key cards are charged at cost.
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the room, furniture or property beyond normal use.
The property is monitored by CCTV in all common areas (never inside rooms or bathrooms).
Fire exits, extinguishers and a first-aid kit are clearly marked on every floor.

8Good to know

Housekeeping & linen

Rooms are refreshed daily; linens and towels are changed every third day, or on request.
Please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you would like to skip service that day.
Lost & found items are held at reception for 30 days; return shipping is at guest expense.

Pets & service animals

Pets and service animals are not allowed anywhere on the property — inside rooms, common areas, the rooftop or the restaurant.
Special dietary needs, accessibility requests and early breakfasts can usually be arranged with 24 hours notice.
